Many believe that excellence means being “the best” or at least trying to be the best or to have the highest quality. This invariably leads to comparisons and expressions of personal preference that distract and divide. Excellence is about high quality, but it is about much more... Within the context of corporate worship, excellence is at every moment offering to God one’s very best, and always trying to be better. It is taking that which we have been given and, with hearts focused on the Giver, returning the gift to God as an act of worship. It is about pleasing God. It is not about being the best. It is about offering our best music and worship.

The Chancel Choir is for singers of all ages from high school and up. The choir assists in leading the 9:00 a.m. traditional worship service three Sundays per month. Rehearsals are in the choir room.

This 5-octave handbell choir is an exciting group that lends its talents to our 9:00 worship service once a month as well as other special functions. They rehearse on Mondays from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. in the Bell Choir Room.

The High School Choir has been a part of Faith-Westwood's ministry for over 35 years.   They help facilitate worship at both services on the 3rd Sunday of each month and rehearse on Wednesdays from 7:00-8:15 pm during the school year. Soul Seekers take a yearly summer mission and music tour. Our goals include excellence in worship.

The middle school choir is an opportunity for kids in grades 6 to 8 to lead worship in church on Sunday mornings and learn to use their voices as instruments. They rehearse on Wednesdays from 5:45-6:30 p.m.

2nd Grade through 5th Grade. The Cherubs choir rehearse on Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m. in Room 227 from the end of August to spring. They sing in worship on fourth Sundays, and they meet in the upstairs chapel for warm up at 8:45 on those mornings.
