New Resources from Health & Wellness Ministry
Beginning in September, FaithWestwood's Health & Wellness Team will offer monthly education resources addressing health topics that affect people of all ages.
Each month, you'll find take-home handouts featuring information, tips, and guidance for you and your families.
October's topic: Fire Safety & Prevention
Pick up your copy of the information sheets from the wooden tables outside the worship center, at the coffee bar, and in fellowship hall.
Fire Blankets Available
The Health & Wellness team has fire blankets available to purchase at a reduced cost. Fire blankets help to smother small fires in the kitchen, workshop, and other fire-prone areas.
Stop by the red table in the foyer on Sunday or contact Caring Ministries Director Vikki O'Hara for more information.

All Saints Remembrance
On Sunday, November 1, 2026, FaithWestwood will observe All Saints' Day with a remembrance of those in our congregation -- and close family members* of those in our congregation -- who returned to the Lord between October 1, 2025 and September 30, 2026.
Please Let Us Know
If you would like to honor a close family member* who died within the time period above, please text (preferred) or call Vikki O’Hara at 402-650-9489 or email her at vikki.ohara@faithwestwood.com and provide your loved one's full name with correct spelling and their relationship to you.
*Note: For this service, “close family member” is defined as: a parent, sibling, spouse, child, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandchild, or grandparent of a FaithWestwood member or regular attender.
All names must be received by Monday, October 26 in order to prepare for the remembrance.
Veterans Video Tribute - Photo Submissions
We are collecting photos of veterans associated with FaithWestwood for a special Veterans Day video in worship in November.
How to Share Your Photos
If you did not already share a photo last year, and you would like to be included this year, please submit a photo of any veteran – yourself or your loved ones – from any branch of the armed forces, at any time, past or present.

drop photos off at the FW office, during regular office hours, in care of Brenda Bowers.
**Please also include the veteran's name, branch of service, and their relationship to you.

Scrip is an on-going fundraiser for FaithWestwood.
Church family purchase Scrip cards from their favorite merchants for everyday purchases and gift-giving needs.
FaithWestwood earns a portion of each sale -- depending on the merchant, up to 20%!
Then, you use the entire value of the cards for your everyday shopping and gift-giving needs.
Choices include your favorite spots for general merchandise, pharmacy, gas, restaurants, coffee, home improvement, and more!
How Do We Purchase Scrip? In-person & Online!
- In Person: Purchase physical cards between worship services on Sunday morning, at the GREEN table in the foyer.
- Online: Or, purchase digital cards at raiseright.com and/or download the RaiseRight app to your mobile phone from the app store.
